Voiced retroflex implosive

From MedBib.com - Medicine & Nature

Retroflex implosives have not been confirmed to exist in any language, though one has been claimed for Ngad'a, an Austronesian language spoken in Flores.

The expected symbol for this, (that is, a d with both the tail for retroflex and the hook top for implosive), is not "explicitly recognized" by the IPA, but it is supported in the Unicode Phonetic Extensions Supplement.
