Princess Louise Charlotte of Denmark (30 October 1789 - 28 March 1864) was a princess of Denmark.
She was born in Christiansborg Palace to Hereditary Prince Frederick of Denmark and Norway and Sophie Frederikke of Mecklenburg-Schwerin (1758-1794), Princess and Duchess of Mecklenburg-Schwerin.
On 10 November 1810 in Amalienborg Palace she married Wilhelm, Landgrave of Hesse-Kassel (or Hesse-Cassel). They were parents to:
Louise Charlotte is the matrilineal great-grandmother of Nicholas II of Russia, William IV, Grand Duke of Luxembourg and George V.
She died in Christiansborg Palace.
