Luke Blackwell (born 9 November 1986) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League.

He was recruited as the number 41 draft pick in the 2004 AFL Draft from Swan Districts under the father-son selection rule, being the son of former Carlton midfielder Wayne Blackwell. He made his AFL debut for the Carlton Football Club in Round 8, 2006 against St. Kilda.

Blackwell spent most of the 2005 season playing for the Northern Bullants in the VFL for development purposes, mainly as a midfielder, and began to break his way into the Carlton side in 2006, with his best game being the Round 13 clash against Brisbane. He played ten of the last eleven games of the season. However in his last 2 seasons with Carlton he was in and out of the side and was officially delisted at the end of the 2008 season.
