This is a complete list of drivers, currently 78, who have entered a FIA Formula One World Championship race since 1950, yet failed to qualify for the race.
The record is held by Claudio Langes, who failed to qualify (or even pre-qualify) for all of the 14 consecutive Grands Prix he entered with the small and dying EuroBrun team in 1990. EuroBrun folded after the 14th race of the 16-race season. During the team's short lifespan, it managed to qualify 21 times among 76 attempts.
The second highest is Pedro Chaves, who failed to qualify for 13 consecutive races with the similarly underfunded Coloni team in 1991. Coloni failed to qualify a car for any race during the entire 1990 & 1991 seasons. Furthermore, Coloni's cars failed to qualify for most races in 1989.
