Heath James

Heath James (born 7 March 1980) is an Australian rules footballer who retired in 2005 due to a number of injuries.

Beginning his playing career in 1999, he suffered numerous hamstring and knee injuries during his career spanning 7 seasons with the Sydney Swans, only managing to play 18 games. Built up a reputation as a resilient player and person during this time.

Has since taken up a game day role with the club.
