Friedrich Karl Ludwig of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck[1][2] (born August 20, 1757[1][2]; died April 24, 1816 at Wellingsbuttel[1][2]) was the fifth and penultimate Duke of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck[1][2]. Friedrich Karl Ludwig was the son of Duke Karl Anton August of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck and his wife Countess Frederica of Dohna-Schlobitten[1][2].
Marriage and issueFriedrich married Countess Friederike of Schlieben (February 28, 1757 - December 17, 1827)[1][2] on March 9, 1780 in Königsberg[1][2]. At the time, the marriage was not looked upon favorably because the Schlieben family was not an ancient noble family. Friedrich and Friederike had three children:
