Frank J. Oteri

Frank J. Oteri born May 12, 1964[1] is a composer based in New York City.[2] He has also been the editor of NewMusicBox since 1999.[3] His work has been performed in venues from Carnegie's Weill Recital Hall to the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art.[4]
