Constantopoulos or Konstantopoulos (Greek: Κωνσταντόπουλος) is a surname of Hellenic (Greek) origin, also spelt Constantopoulou or Konstantopoulou (Greek: Κωνσταντοπούλου) for the female gender. The plural of these surnames is Constantopouloi. These surnames were originally, and continue to be spelt Konstantopoulos in the masculine frame of reference and Konstantopoulou in the feminine frame of reference. The original and present spelling of the plural form of these surnames is Konstantopouloi.
