Asa Butterfield (born 1 April 1997) is an English child actor best known for his role in the 2008 Holocaust film The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. He studies at the Young Actors Theatre in Islington, London. Despite his success, Butterfield stated in a recent interview that he doesn't really want to be an actor.[1]
