Acharya Sita Ram Chatuvedi, an eminent Hindi Scholar was born on 27th Jan'1907 in a renowned Brahmin Family at Varanasi, India. His father Pandit Bhimsen Vedpathi Chaturvedi was a learned Sanskrit Scholar ( Vedic Studies).
Acharya Ji has done his Graduation and Post Graduation from Banaras Hindu University and later on served this premier University under the guidance of Maha Mana Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya Ji.
He was an authority in Hindi Plays not by writing the plays only, but also directing, acting, etc. He had actively participated in renowned theator of India Prithivi Theators, Bombay he has written more than 50 plays in Hindi, Sanskrit & English. Due to which he was conferred as ABHINAV BHARAT. Apart from this he was having versetile knowledge of Sanskrit & English literature. He had composed more than 248 books on various field like Plays, Granthawali, Stories, etc.
He expired on 17th Feb'2005.
