H.E. Dr. Abdul Aziz Khoja Poet

Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Lebanon ^[1]

 Born in the year 1942

 Carries a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Geology from Riyadh University and a Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham – England 1970

 A chemistry teacher in the University of Mecca, and was later appointed Dean of its Department of Education and a general supervisor. Moreover, he taught at King Abdul Aziz University

 He assumed the position of Deputy of the Ministry of Information and was in charge of Gulf Television

 He headed several boards including the executive board for the Islamic Countries’ Broadcasting Organization and the executive board for the Islamic News Agency, in addition to a number of media conferences. He is also a member in other boards.

 He was appointed ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in: Turkey 1986-1992, Russia 1992-1996, Morocco 1996-2004, and now in Lebanon
