H.E. Dr. Abdul Aziz Khoja Poet
Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Lebanon [1]
Born in the year 1942
Carries a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Geology from Riyadh University and a Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham – England 1970
A chemistry teacher in the University of Mecca, and was later appointed Dean of its Department of Education and a general supervisor. Moreover, he taught at King Abdul Aziz University
He assumed the position of Deputy of the Ministry of Information and was in charge of Gulf Television
He headed several boards including the executive board for the Islamic Countries’ Broadcasting Organization and the executive board for the Islamic News Agency, in addition to a number of media conferences. He is also a member in other boards.
He was appointed ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in: Turkey 1986-1992, Russia 1992-1996, Morocco 1996-2004, and now in Lebanon
